Changes there will always be changes

So I'm planning on changing my major From Computer programming to Web Design. the reason is simple Computer programming is a very high paced major and requires a lot of focus and requires an a lot of dedication. don't get me wrong though i am good in computer programming to a degree but programming is a constantly changing field every time im off to a new class there i always some new technique or program added on to C++ or even an entirely new programming program. it starting to become really hard for me to keep up with it. So I decided to  just give Computer programming a break for the time being not giving up on it though just gonna pursue another major and such. so i decided to pursue my Associates in Web page design. its offered by my school and all most all my credits from my programming majors transferred along to it so i would actually get my associates in little more than a 6 months aside from staying another year for comp programming so yeah I'm not wasting anything. but the only problem iv'e come across was how to tell my parents. at first this sounds easy but it is very very difficult in my eyes. i don't know what it is but it very very hard to talk about school with my parents my father mainly. ever since i got into the programming major my father has wasted no time rubbing it in everyone's face. seriously he cant go a day with out saying "Hey my son's getting his Bach in Com programming " and not that I'm not glad for the support it does make it a bit hard to tell him i wanna change my major. iv'e talk to a lot of people about changing my major from family members to people on the street i barely know but still gave good insight so he is basically the last person in the i need to get the OK from.....or just change my major and don't tell him. most likely he wont know until graduation......better think this through
